to us. All items sold at our Wireless Essentials Store come
with a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Each
shipment contains complete return and exchange instructions and
a prepaid UPS return shipping label that allows you to return
an item with no shipping expense.
Simply fill out the return form and shipping label that was
enclosed with your order, repackage the product, then call UPS
for a free pick-up at 1-800-742-5877 or www.ups.com. Your
refund will be processed within 10 working days from receipt of
the product. Your exchange will be shipped within 5 days of receipt
of the product.
